How to apply for MPTAAS Scholarship Renewal in 2025-26

Step 1 Perform MPTAAS Login to access your account dashboard and click on the Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) tab.

Step 2 Select the Admission Year. You need to select the same admission year in which you applied for the First Year. Select the Application Type. Select Renewal.

Step 3. Select the course year. Select the year for which you want to fill the form. After selecting, a message will show: “Success“. Click on Go for Apply.

Important: If your Result is not updated, “Success” will not show here. To renew MPTAAS scholarship form 2025, you must first get your results/marksheet updated by your college. Only then can you renew your MPTAAS scholarship application form.

Step 4. Your details will be updated, the current academic year is shown here. Your previous income certificate is shown here. There is no option to change the income certificate here yet.

Step 5 Scroll the page. Your result is updated here. If your result is not updated, you cannot fill out the form. After reading all the details, click on ‘Apply Renewal’, and click Yes.

Important Note: If your academic result is not appearing automatically on the portal, you must visit your college’s Nodal Officer. Request them to manually update your data on the M-S-M (Marksheet Management) Portal. The “Success” message for renewal will only trigger once your previous year’s marks are synced by the institution.

Step 6. Your scholarship amount which includes your annual fees plus maintenance allowance. After reading all the details, tick the declaration checkbox and click on Submit.

Step 7 A confirmation message appears: “Do you want to apply for a renewal scholarship? Please confirm.” Click Yes. “Your application has been successfully submitted.” This is your Application Number.

Applying for Other Benefits

• A prompt appears: “Are you eligible for other PMS benefits such as Hostel Allowance or Disability Allowance? If yes, proceed, otherwise Exit.”
• If you want to apply for Hostel Allowance or Disability Allowance, click on Yes, I am eligible.

• If you do not want to apply, click on Exit.
